Do you still remember Z-Chen’s Cap Girl? Or maybe Joey Yung’s 明天爱谁 (Ming Tian Ai Shui)? These songs are the products of this Malaysian music whiz – 陈威全 (Chen Wei Quan aka VChuan).
全力推介 (Quan Neng Liang) received tremendous support from local radio stations, 988 and MY FM also not forgetting his fans. The lyric is very touching; about his passion in music and no matter how hard it is, he will still go on. A superb track indeed!
明天爱谁 is recommendable if anyone have not listen to either Joey Yung or 江美琪 (Jiang Mei Qi)’s rendition. Even if you have, try listening from a guy’s perspective and you will get a different feel.
Second single, 原来爱简单 (Yuan Lai Ai Jian Dan) too grabs a lot of attention. The same goes to 和平分手 (He Ping Fen Shou). Both of them had many of the listener’s hearts captured.
For someone who had just ended his/her relationship, it is unadvisable to listen to 和平分手 (He Ping Fen Shou). It will only make him/her more heartbroken. This track brings out more of his vocal rather than music, testing his ability to hit the high notes. And certainly, he pulls it off well!
VChuan also included two of his self-composed songs sung by Z-Chen and Celeste 张玉华 (Chang Yu Hua) – Cap Girl and 听爱情走过 (Ting Ai Qing Zou Guo) respectively. Both of the songs give out different feel when being sung by VChuan.
Overall, this is a recommendable album. VChuan definitely has the potential to make the Malaysian music industry bloom. A newcomer that worth of your support!

This guy is really talented . He can compose different genres of songs. His vocal is rather mediocre though.

Nicholas Teo’s voice is much better than Wei Quan, and much more good looking. Lol….
Well, Wei Quan composes his own songs and Nicholas don’t. They have totally different styles.

lol… i’m not the type of fans that will attend every single session that has VChuan in it. i’m considered as the littlest fans among his big fans. ;P i’m just a fans of his music style and his passion in music.
and the reason i’m doing this review isn’t because i like him therefore i’m writing good stuffs about him. it’s just i want to introduce good music to everyone here.

和平分手,伤心海洋and 原来爱简单are my favourite hits. I think they are fantastic compositions. VChuan’s emergence as a new icon in artiste world of the nation is really no coincidence. He’s young, passionate, and his songs certainly add flavours to the booming Malaysian Chinese music industry.
