Could someone please translate these lyrics for me as I would really like to know the meaning of them? Thank you.

I corrected some of the Chinese lyrics because some words were originally transcribed wrongly (seems that they were transcribed by ear, because they sound almost similar). Hope your Mum doesn't mind the lyrics =P The lyrics you posted seem cut off just before the two-minute mark of the song. ^_^
