Yes, Rainie Yang will be releasing her 4th whole new album “The Declaration of Semi-Maturity” on 7th November. The ’semi-mature’ thing will be the album’s concept. The purpose is to let all the fans feel her newer side of transforming to a woman – her sexy, sensitive side.

Rainie said, although 24-25 years old is the stage that turns into maturity, but her inner self still desire to remain her child-like personality – hence she called it “semi-maturity”.
